2. Build your progress plan

  • Which skills do you practice well, and which ones would you like to improve, and why?
  • For the skills, you want to improve, describe precisely the outcome you want to achieve in the end, and your indicators of success.
  • Now describe the actions or habits you will put in place to achieve this result. What would be the first action to start?
  • Who are your role models and why? What are their skills and attitudes?
  • What personal qualities would you like to develop, and how will you do it?
