CONTEXT

The so-called VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment in which we are evolving makes it increasingly difficult to develop a clear vision, especially for leaders or managers who may find themselves alone in the face of the complexity that surrounds them.

Crossing perspectives, expertise, cultures and talents are now necessary to understand the profound changes we are facing: economic, social and environmental issues, and also cultural changes in our organisations.

This observation leads to several reflections:

  • How can we respond to the current challenges by providing the capacity to build collective action where each person brings his or her own talent?
  • How can we act efficiently in complex systems that require more and more transversality?
